All of our outings are at a per person rate and include green fees, golf cart, and registration tables. Depending on the needs of your group, we can also include event markers, scoring sheets, alphabetical and pairings lists, and other items at no additional charge. All groups of larger than 20 players will also get an added benefit that can be discussed with our event coordinators.
Shotgun outings are for 72 players or more and also include complimentary range balls. An 18-hold shotgun can accommodate up to 288 golfers over two courses. Shotgun starts will be set up with two groups per tee except on the par 3s (example: 72 players will start on ten holes). Outings with less than 100 players may not have the course completely to themselves. Kettle Hills will assign starting holes to smaller shotguns. Eighteen-hole shotfun outings are allotted five hours to finish their round.
Nine-hole shotguns can accommodate up to 72 golfers.
***Some group outings choose to use both 18-hole courses with tee time outings. For medium sized tee-time groups, this cuts the finish time in half. Golfers can tee off on both the Ponds/Woods and the Valley at the same time.
BOOK YOUR OUTING
Verify date, course, time, number of players and food and beverage packages with Kettle Hills. A contract will be sent through the mail. Download the 2013 menu items here. Customized menu options are available for your group.
A deposit is due 30 days after the contract is received. Tee time outings require a $1000 deposit. Please send or drop off your deposit in check or cash form along with a copy of the signed contract.
A final payment with the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the outing along with a final count of golfers. At this time the tee sheets open up to the general public and adjustments in the number of players will be worked around the public. Final payments should be paid by cash or check.
Tabs incurred on the day of the outing must be paid on that day.

For groups of 40 and under, served buffet-style in either the upstairs bar and grill or upper level deck.

Outings are welcome to bring in a caterer of their choice. Kettle Hills often works with these suggested caterers who offer many choices such as buffets, pig roasts, grill-outs and theme parties:

Tabs: Open tabs or tickets to regulate the number of beverages per person are available. Beverage tabs are also customized to the customer's wishes. Gratuity is not included in any tabs or tickets.
