Kettle Hills Golf Course is offering an 8-week Golf Fitness Program. Golf Fitness will increase golf performance by improving range of motion, balance, flexibility, strength and power. Classes will be taught by Tina Schultz, a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Golf Fitness Specialist.
Classes will begin June 5th. Classes will not meet during the US Open: June 12 – 18.
